On Sunday, 2nd November 2003, at the age of 5 months and one day baby Sofia sat alone

unaided for the very first time. Her parents very proud!

Actually, she’s been able to sit by herself for awhile now but it has always been on the sofa with her back supported. This time she was alone on the floor. Of course though, she had a little help getting into the sitting position.

Also, most of the time she was supporting herself with both hands. But still, she was there for quite awhile. It must have been for at least 5 minutes because I was able to take almost 50 photos of her. To view some of them, click on the photo or here.
