Hello all,

Well what an incredible experience we have had. We were awoken by Jason on Friday morning at 3.30am to confirm that Bing’s water has broken and this morning at 1.30am beautiful Amielia Trinity Cal Chadburn was born. Yes, 22 hours of labour! Bing opted for a normal delivery but unfortunately this could not be done even with the help of forceps (hence the marking on Amielia’s head) so Amielia was delivered via c-section. Mama, myself and Jason were with Bing the whole time until she had to go to theatre for the c-section and Jason went with her and actually cut Amielia’s cord. We are so very proud of Bing - she really fought all the way to have a normal delivery. I will be sending some photos via Cal Group. Bing will post more photos in her album soon.
